RETURN POLICY
1. Returns for Beauty Services
Services performed at the studio (e.g., Lash Lift, Brow Lift, eyelash extensions, teeth whitening, etc.) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once completed.
However, in exceptional cases related to the service, you may contact Débo Beauty within 48 hours for evaluation and, if necessary, a touch-up depending on the situation.
2. Returns for Trainings
Trainings are services reserved for a specific date and are non-refundable once booked.
Cancellation / Rescheduling:
Cancellation more than 7 days before the training:
→ rescheduling to a later date is possible (no refund).Cancellation less than 7 days before the training:
→ no refund or rescheduling, except in exceptional cases and depending on availability.No-show on the day:
→ no refund or rescheduling will be granted.
3. Returns for Products
For hygiene and safety reasons (Swiss and European standards), no returns or exchanges are accepted for:
Opened products
Used products
Hygiene or cosmetic products
Opened training kits
Items whose packaging has been damaged after receipt
Defective products or wrong orders:
If a product arrives:

You must contact Débo Beauty within 48 hours of receipt, with photos, at:

If the claim is validated, a replacement or store credit may be offered.
4. Returns for Unopened Products (Exceptional Cases)
In exceptional cases and only after written approval from Débo Beauty, an unopened, unused product in its original packaging may be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
No refund will be issued; a store credit may be applied.
5. Claim Procedure
For any return or claim request, please provide:

Order number
Photos of the product (if applicable)
Explanation of the issue
